By booking or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential cleaning using plant-based products (Branch Basics, Blueland). No harsh chemicals. Excludes: heavy moving, biohazards, antiques/delicates, pre-existing damage/stains.

Payment

Deposit (usually $50) due to hold time. Balance after clean—cash, Zelle, Venmo. No refunds for completed work.

Cancellation

24 hours notice: full refund. Less than 24 hours: 50% fee. No-show: full charge.

Liability

We clean with care—no warranties on results (stains vary). Not liable for fragile items (secure them!), pre-existing issues, or damage we didn't cause. Report concerns within 24 hours—max liability = service fee refund.

No Guarantees

Eco products are safe but can't predict allergies or 100% stain removal.

Governing Law

California. Disputes? We'll talk first—then small claims court in San Jose.
