    • Yes. For the safety of our technicians and your property, our team is strictly prohibited from lifting or moving furniture or appliances weighing more than 25 lbs. We also do not service biohazards (including mold, human/pet waste, or insect infestations), and we do not clean exterior windows

  • Every home and family is unique, so we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all price. We provide a transparent, custom flat-rate tailored to your specific needs. When calculating your exact quote, we factor in the total square footage, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the current condition of the home, the presence of pets, and how often you'd like us to visit.

    • Absolutely — recurring clients get priority scheduling and discounts after your 2nd scheduled clean

      • Weekly: 15% off

      • Bi-weekly: 10% off.

  • Not at all! We bring 100% of the equipment and supplies needed. We are an 'Eco-First' company, meaning our core daily toolkit consists of premium, plant-based products like Branch Basics and Blueland. However, our technicians also carry heavy-duty conventional cleaners to tackle stubborn stains if needed, or if specifically requested by you. We will always default to the safest product first!

  • Yes! By default, we use safe, plant-based, and non-toxic products, so you rarely have to worry about harsh chemical residues where your pets play. In the event that a stubborn mess (like heavy hard-water buildup or deep grout stains) requires a conventional cleaner, we apply it as a targeted spot-treatment only and ensure the area is thoroughly rinsed and safe before your pets are allowed back in.

  • We love pets! Because our products are 100% plant-based, you never have to worry about harsh chemical fumes harming your furry friends. However, the vacuuming and cleaning process can sometimes be stressful for animals. For the safety and comfort of both your pets and our cleaning team, we kindly ask that animals are secured in a separate room, a crate, or let outside while we are working in the home.

  • When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for your home. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or lock-outs where our team cannot access the home, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

  • Yes. To secure your appointment, a $75 deposit is required at the time of booking via a secure Square invoice. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your clean. For your security and convenience, we exclusively accept major Credit or Debit cards, and a card must be saved on file to book your service.

  • Gratuity is never expected, but it is always deeply appreciated by our hard-working team! Because we want our cleaners to take home 100% of their tips immediately, we are a cash-tip only business. We do not accept digital tips via credit card. If you wish to leave a tip for a job well done, please leave cash on the kitchen counter on the day of your clean.

  • While we do not offer monetary refunds, we take immense pride in our work. If our team misses a specific area that was included in your purchased cleaning package, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will gladly return to re-clean that specific area at no additional charge

  • No, you do not need to be home! Many of our clients prefer to be at work or out running errands while we clean. You can provide us with a spare key, a garage code, or a smart-lock door code prior to your appointment. If you prefer to be home, that is perfectly fine too—we just ask that you give our technicians enough space to work efficiently!
