Services We Do Not Provide

To ensure the safety of our team and the highest quality of work, we do not cover the following:

  • Biohazards (mold, human/pet waste, blood, or pest infestations).

  • Lifting or moving heavy furniture (over 25 lbs).

  • Reaching areas that require more than a 2-step stool.

  • Exterior window cleaning or pressure washing.

  • Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning.

  • Cleaning inside of clogged drains or dishwashers.

    • Yes. For the safety of our technicians and your property, our team is strictly prohibited from lifting or moving furniture or appliances weighing more than 25 lbs. We also do not service biohazards (including mold, human/pet waste, or insect infestations), and we do not clean exterior windows

  • Every home and family is unique, so we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all price. Our rates are tailored to your specific needs to ensure you only pay for the time required to make your home spotless. When calculating your exact quote, we factor in the total square footage, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the current condition of the home, the presence of pets, and how often you'd like us to visit.

    • Absolutely — recurring clients get priority scheduling and discounts after your 2nd scheduled clean

      • Weekly: 15% off

      • Bi-weekly: 10% off.

  • Not at all! We bring 100% of the equipment and supplies needed to clean your home. We exclusively use premium, eco-friendly, zero-waste products like Branch Basics and Blueland to ensure your home is completely non-toxic and safe.

    • Yes — all plant-based and non-toxic.

  • We love pets! Because our products are 100% plant-based, you never have to worry about harsh chemical fumes harming your furry friends. However, the vacuuming and cleaning process can sometimes be stressful for animals. For the safety and comfort of both your pets and our cleaning team, we kindly ask that animals are secured in a separate room, a crate, or let outside while we are working in the home.

  • When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for your home. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or lock-outs where our team cannot access the home, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

  • Yes. To secure your appointment, a $75 deposit is required at the time of booking via a secure Square invoice. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your clean. For your security and convenience, we exclusively accept major Credit or Debit cards, and a card must be saved on file to book your service.

  • Gratuity is never expected, but it is always deeply appreciated by our hard-working team! Because we want our cleaners to take home 100% of their tips immediately, we are a cash-tip only business. We do not accept digital tips via credit card. If you wish to leave a tip for a job well done, please leave cash on the kitchen counter on the day of your clean.

  • While we do not offer monetary refunds, we take immense pride in our work. If our team misses a specific area that was included in your purchased cleaning package, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will gladly return to re-clean that specific area at no additional charge
